Florin did a good job for my elderly mother in June. However, the pump that he installed stopped working 2 months ago and despite numerous calls, texts and emails, he has failed to respond. The pump is guaranteed and he has the paperwork so we are stuck. Very poor after care which has totally changed my initial view.

Mark was here spot on 7.45am as requested. He spent over 40mins looking at the issues with our heating and helped fix an issue with our central heating timer. He did not charge. I will definitely use Mark again when I have problem with heating.
