I have just had my loft conversion, then followed by an extension, driveway and summer rooms built by ceka construction, they are hardworking, talented and polite people, Roland himself is a perfectionist so there is no reason to oversee his work, he makes sure it is done properly. It took me many years to decide on getting building work done on my house after hearing all the horror stories, but I am grateful to have found Roland and his team who made my home renovation a stress fee project and finished within the time promised, the team worked daily between 8 and 5pm rain or shine, unlike other builders who seem to string you along once they are in, my loft was completed in a month whereas other builders gave a lead of time of 6 to 8 weeks, this is because Roland uses twice as many people, also each person he uses is a specialist to his trade, not a multi tasker..and this is where you are able to see the difference in workmanship. They have left me with a perfect house, I would recommend him to anyone and he will soon be working with other members of my family.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. These guys did a great job for us. They responded to my job posting within 15 minutes and arrived on time when they came round for a site visit and having discussed the job and identified more serious problems with the central heating, gave me a quote for the whole job which I later accepted. They took a couple of days to fix the system and were efficient and reliable and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, I'm please with the work standard and the cost and would definately use them again if needed.

Adam was very polite and was carefull not to disrupt the house when he was working. The standard of his work is very high and he told me he treats every job as if he was doing it in his own home. I only put reliability at 4 stars because the job did take longer as he had to go back to the factory to get the doors trimmed because they were a fraction to big. He did this willingly even though he had to travel to Oxford. I would recomend him to anyone and I will deffinately use him again.
