The workman was very quick to come out and replace the seal on my bath. One month later, the seal lifted and needed to be done again. I have called, texted, left voicemails and still have not managed to get the workman to come back round to replace. I have now given up and learnt to reseal the bath myself. Therefore, I have unfortunately had to change the rating and comments of this job.

Very poor service, job still not completed. Simple job of testing, performed in begining of March, numerous calls/texts sent, certificates never arrived. Excuses included like “certificates are ready, just need to email”, “computer got virus”, “in hospital” etc. How long does it take for prepared certificates to be sent? Definitely not over a month. Very disappointed.

Stay Clear. We agreed in June for him to do a total boiler/heating install starting on 14th Sept. Stuart after getting the enquiry couldn't meet quick enough, he said all the right things. In August he switched off our heating and since then despite knowing we have 3 kids and no heat he has not engaged despite 9 texts, 5 messages, the only time I spoke to him was when he picked up the phone by mistake and bumbled an answer to get rid of me. Spent about 2hours to do the job. Checking gas supply first before cutting pipe,adding a section of pipe and gas key. Then removed old gas cooker outside and connected new cooker and chain, then explained the controls. Make sure you get a new rubber cooker connector if required. No idea if expensive or not £150. Would recommend.

I want to share my experience with Mr. Billie Woods, as it's important for others to be aware. I hired him for a toilet job and paid upfront, but he failed to complete the work and disappeared with my money. After many attempts to contact him, I had to take legal action. I eventually won a court judgment, but it has been a long process. Mr. Woods is now being pursued by the police and the court for the funds he took. Although Paul initially replied to the quote promptly and did the job on the same day; we were left with a hole in the wall from the fixing of the blinds. Again, Paul was initially apologetic and offered to fix the problem; however he subsequently did not turn up to the house on the day he was going to come and has for 2 weeks not responded to polite emails, text messages or picked up telephone calls. Disappointed customer.

The poor review I posted wasn't about the later repairs. It was about the inital calls and emails I made which took a week to confirm the original work date ( poor reliability) and the difference in value between actual materials used and labour (quality and value) .
