The chap who did my kitchen and hallway (Sam) was very polite, very professional and did a really good job, I am more than happy with the work he did and would contact the company again for any other work I needed. I am looking to decorate the living room soon and I will be contacting them again for a quote. The price I paid for the decorating of the kitchen and hallway was very reasonable and within the budget I had set for this.

It's very refreshing to find a true Tradesman. He came and offered advice along with his quote. Once accepted, within days he was on site preparing to rebuild my boundary wall. 2 days later it's finished and what a fantastic job too. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team to any one requiring work to be done. My job was posted on the 27th October and it's now 13th November all complete. Well done.

Kenneth and his son did an amazing job taming our unkept garden. They got rid of rubbish asked us midway during the job if things were okay. They did front and back and were so professional and friendly. He also gave us very good advice on how to maintain particular part of the garden too. Very good value for money we had a massive garden which took all day to do. Will definitely be using them in the future.

The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

Paints & Ladders with DDE Construction was hired to do a garage conversion. I chose them as they were the only company that offered an end to end service (i.e. design, council application, build,and paint) as I am extremely busy. They excelled in client relationship, as they took me through all the stages of the development their design really focused on what was important to my family. We had a broken window pane, Simon came out to measure and rang the glaziers there and then to give us a quote. As soon as the glass was ready 2 days later it was fitted and he took the old one away. Simon was lovely and polite, quick, efficient and friendly. Will use again.

Some people forgot from where they leave and who they are!if they don't get what they want from you will denigrate you and try to put you down in front of other people. Joe gave me a quote for removal of 5 small stumps. He initially quoted £450 saying it was back breaking work and may take 2 days. I said I couldn't afford it he eventually agreed £300 I was still hesitant but he was very persuasive and went off to get his van and tools. He returned and within half an hour had dragged them out with his van, no backs broken. If he is experienced he knew that he would be able to do this. So I basically paid £600 an hour for a half hr job. Did also mend our chainsaw. Expensive
