Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

The chap who did my kitchen and hallway (Sam) was very polite, very professional and did a really good job, I am more than happy with the work he did and would contact the company again for any other work I needed. I am looking to decorate the living room soon and I will be contacting them again for a quote. The price I paid for the decorating of the kitchen and hallway was very reasonable and within the budget I had set for this.

It's very refreshing to find a true Tradesman. He came and offered advice along with his quote. Once accepted, within days he was on site preparing to rebuild my boundary wall. 2 days later it's finished and what a fantastic job too. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team to any one requiring work to be done. My job was posted on the 27th October and it's now 13th November all complete. Well done.

Kenneth and his son did an amazing job taming our unkept garden. They got rid of rubbish asked us midway during the job if things were okay. They did front and back and were so professional and friendly. He also gave us very good advice on how to maintain particular part of the garden too. The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand.
