Andrew and the team from Bathstone were absolutely brilliant! They refurbished a shed into a games room, with new foundations, roof, doors, rewired, plumbing, installed pool table, bar and floor. He helped me with the design of the job, was flexible as the work progressed, and came up with some great solutions. Work was top quality; I couldn't be happier with the end product. Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder
