I found Richell Construction very reliable in that they turned up on time and worked efficiently completing the rebuild of the garden wall in good time. This was despite very adverse weather conditions which caused several pauses in the process to avoid the risk of frost affecting the work.The brickwork appears to be of a very high standard. I am confident enough to use them again for future brickwork.

The job was priced fairly & competitively and was completed to a very high standard with all debris removed and the working area cleaned completely. The lads themselves were pleasant & polite. Durham Driveways arrived on time as expected. The job involved excavating and replacing a broken/ blocked drain 6M in length. The job was satisfactorily completed within half a day and the site left in a tidy condition with all unwanted materials removed from site.
I Have over 20 years experience in the construction Industry. I am a qualified Bricklayer, Tiler, and have a BTEC National Diploma in Construction. I am also competent in all aspects of grounds and Garden maintenance having worked on country estates, and Croft racing circuit. I undertake most aspects of building work aswell as property maintenance.

I only had the slabs and Geoff quoted the job including all other materials required which he then ordered and made sure they were on and off the job site in excellent time. I am really please with the qualiy of the work that Andy and his team put into the landscaping of my garden. They listened to what I wanted and offered some useful enhancements. They were always friendly and left things pretty tidy at the end of each day. The additional bits I wanted added to the cost but thats to be expected (it was itemised) and it did improve on the overall apperance of the job. Most days they arrived as schedulled. Overall I am very pleased with the work and would use them again.
