Bloomin’ was founded in 2019, starting off as one business that has segmented into 2 sister company’s, garden maintenance & landscaping. The owner (myself - Michael) have worked in the industry for around about 3 years on a part time basis. I worked full-time as a engineer and done my gardening on nighttime’s and weekends when I had time to do so, whilst being a dad and a partner. After many moons and blood sweat and tears finally came the right time to set out and form into a business where I could offer my services to the public and other businesses. The business and myself fully believe In doing the very best job we can every time, no matter the situation. This approach, I believe has been a huge part in the success in formation of Bloomin’!! ‘Honest, Professional , responsible, quality service - everytime. We have spent a lot of time and effort sourcing the best training available for our artificial grass and paving that leaves us with City and Guilds recognition. There aren’t a lot of businesses that offer the same sort of piece of mind.

The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

I am really please with the qualiy of the work that Andy and his team put into the landscaping of my garden. They listened to what I wanted and offered some useful enhancements. They were always friendly and left things pretty tidy at the end of each day. The additional bits I wanted added to the cost but thats to be expected (it was itemised) and it did improve on the overall apperance of the job. Most days they arrived as schedulled. Overall I am very pleased with the work and would use them again.

I am very pleased with the service recieved from Alex. He quicky provided a competitive quote and arranged to get the work done on a Saturday morning. It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building. The repair looks great and he has painted the door frame for us. Alex even agreed to adjusting a door closer whilst there at no extra charge. I will use McLaurin Joinery again.

He turned up and was very knowledgable, and when the quote came in was happy to discuss changing aspects of the job. I had my back lawn replaced with artificial grass and bordered with wooden sleepers. The standard of the work was absolutely first class, better than I imagined it could be TBH. The lads all worked diligently and with minimum disruption or noise and were courteous and polite, I was a little concerned because I have an elderly neighbour who I didn't want to be disturbed by unnecessary noise or bad language, I needn't have worried! your quote was £1800... And that was for materials and labour... If there was any materials left over then they were mine as I had paid for them hence in your quote so any extras u did for me would have been labour costs only I asked you the cost to get hut painted you said no more than £70 but you only painted the roof so no more than £30 hose on to wall no more than £30 a strip of wood round the fence a slab at the hut and some sand round the hut... That's all I can think of that comes nowhere near £500
