After being let down twice by a supposed reputable plasterer who advertises in the local paper, I published the AD on here and Liam responded and I couldn't have asked for better. Punctual. Returns calls promptly. A thorough job done (rectifying squeaky floorboards). Clean and tidy. Very good value. Mr Gill does design work, carpentry and joinery, bathrooms and kitchens (including tiling). I would definitely use him again and will ask him to quote for an en suite refurbishment in the future.

Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder
