He designed and built our water feature and was not happy until everything was 'right' aesthetically and functioning perfectly, regardless of time and cost to himself - he stuck by his very reasonable quotation, despite spending much longer on the project than he originally planned. We couldn't recommend Chris & Ronnie (Thistle Dhu Fine) enough. Not only was the job (building a mezzanine bed with cupboards & shelving, & fitting a hardwood floor in our box room) done to a beautifully high standard (way surpassing our expectations), but they were excellent communicators - keeping in touch & sending us pics throughout the build; fast working & punctual; tidy, respectful, courteous & polite; + super reasonable. They really took pride in the craft of their work & it showed - delighted!

your quote was £1800... And that was for materials and labour... If there was any materials left over then they were mine as I had paid for them hence in your quote so any extras u did for me would have been labour costs only I asked you the cost to get hut painted you said no more than £70 but you only painted the roof so no more than £30 hose on to wall no more than £30 a strip of wood round the fence a slab at the hut and some sand round the hut... That's all I can think of that comes nowhere near £500

I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

Ifound paul to be knowledgeable and trustworthy. He did an excellent job in replacing the facia around my garage and repaired all the leaks on the guttering. he also replaced a few cracked and broken tiles on the roof of both garage and house. I also got him back to clear the moss off the roof as I was very happy with his work. I highly recommend this tradesman and would use him again and again.
A company that are happy to assist and treat customer fair and no hidden costs all estimate s are correct at time off inspection. Any other works would be explained and cost before other works.are complete.
