We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. A prompt response to my listing. A fair price for the work was agreed and is what we paid on completion. Mr Jeffrey arrived on time and completed the installation of the wooden blinds in the timescale quoted. It may have been a small job but it was one well done. We have jobs to do around the house that were once DIY but due to age and infirmity are all in need of a tradesman. Not only were they super helpful (assisting me to collect an item) but they also identified potential issues with the job as we went on and suggested cost effective remedies to ensure the finish was the highest possible spec. Tomas was very punctual, polite and efficient. He did a good job of what he had given a quote for and I would recommend him. My only suggestion to the highly skilled Tomas is that it might be a good idea in future to let clients, who do not share his expertise, know what else could/should be done to make the final result absolutely perfect. The client could then decide whether to opt for further work, based on a revised quote, or leave it at what she/he had originally asked a quote for.

Gzim installed a gate for which he had not provided a receipt. Also the gate is out of alignment as he had not secured the posts. A bad job which needs to be corrected. I have tried to call Gjim but he is not responding to my calls.
