We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. Liam was a really nice guy he hung 5 doors and replaced all the skirting in 3 of our bedrooms. The work was carried out to a good standard. Liam was asked to have a look at our creaking stairs while he was there and was kind enough to fix this at the same time free of charge. Steve was brilliant from the very moment we met. His in depth knowledge in installing artificial grass put my mind at ease and I knew he would do the job to a high standard. As he was installing at a childrens nursery he was very flexible installing over the weekend so that it was less disruptive. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . I am really surprised with his standard, it is actually higher standard than mine. Marian attitude towards work is what i loved about him. He is a multi skilled tradesmen. He took his time replacing my shower tray and reboxing stack pipes which now the bathroom looks 7 star. There isn't a way to add pictures for the job he did, me and my brother was amazed. please feel free to contact me for pictures or alternatively ask him to show you the pics of the property in limehouse 4th floor flat with no lift.
