All the guys at Aarbon Construction were excellent, especially Elian the project manager. We bought our Kitchen from Howdens but this was a huge mistake and made the job much harder for Elian and his team. But they made it work and didn't complain at all. I would highly recommend them.

On the day of the fix, the two of them were professional, polite and personable, sorting the issue and explaining what the issue was and what steps had been taken to rectify the problem. He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

They gave options for materials when doing the estimate and when the job had started. It was a good job, completed to time and within cost, with minimum disruption. Hugo was much faster than I expected so the job was more cost effective than expected. He was really smiley and even carried on in the rain to finish off the last minutes instead of coming back another time. He did have to change the date, but we managed to get it in earlier as I had obligations to tenants and couldn't postpone - he came on a Sunday for no extra charge. Overall - Great hire!
