Despite being home, he made poor decisions without communicating with me e..g. initially fitted handrails stupidly , intended on leaving base of initial hadraill, left bricks on drive (despite advising him of attempted break in) expected me to get rid of waste, asked4payment mid way through (an intended 2 day job). DMN Building provided excellent service, despite some difficult weather. They were punctual and timely on the repairs they did. They did everything they said they would when they they said. Communications were great by phone and email. We had been concerned that the new bricks would be difficult to match to the old bricks, but they nailed it. Our new wall looks better than the old! A great job and a firm that not only will I use again, but one that I highly recommend to others. They were top tier and no more expensive than any of our other quoters.

griffin builders were flexible as the job went along. We made changes as we went along and he was absolutely fine with that. I have always seen him calm and willing to give advise and go out of his way to get us samples, etc. Never was he ever flustered and always in a good mood. He was always calm and approachable . I wasn't at home when Ricky came to do the job but I was around for some of it. Ricky worked solidly and knocked on the door at the end of the garden clearance. He knew exactly what he was doing, even removing dead plants. The grass is cut where it previously looked like it was part of the jungles of Borneo. removal of the rubbish cost extra, and I would have preferred to know this beforehand, to have the right money, but he was so reasonably priced.
