Daniel completed our full bathroom refurbishment (new suite, towel rail, skimming, floor to ceiling tiling, electric fan) in April 2013. He was polite and consciencious and worked to a high standard. We had a few minor leaks post completion but had no problem getting Daniel to come back and resolve. We would certainly consider asking him to do future work for us. (Mr Lee, 08.05.13)

Turned up one day and I paid in full. Cut part of the lawn and then said he needed a part to fix his mower. Went to get part but never came back. Half cut lawn and took full payment = poor

Early Communication wasn't great. Failed to mention that job only done Evenings & Weekends as in full time work - Only advised after old suite removed. Quality of work was good but finishing touches let him down a bit. Had to wash off tile adhesive from ceiling and paint it myself. Felt rushed towards end of job. Initially said rubbish would be cleared - half way through job advised he could find someone to clear it but would be extra fee!

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

Ryan did an excellent job on fitting my new shower and replacement boiler. After fitting the shower it kept leaking into the flat below but he persevered until he found the problem and fixed it. He proved to be reliable and very polite. He has since done some further minor jobs in our new home and I would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a good plumber. His partner James Taylor is an excellent tiler and electrician, together they can do most jobs.

I have no idea how you have achieved the rating if you and your team do this to others. I believed it only fair to warn other people. The rating was given for the redurb of bathroom however we needed a pump as the shower was not powerful enough . He ordered it and came to fit it .Within 3 days it was blowing fuses every time we used it . Told there was a fault and the supplier would send another. Unfortunately we have not seen the plumber since he has avoided calls txt ect resulting in us paying another £400 and my husband connected it not Happy
