Having been let down very badly by the previous builder, we really needed help. We were most fortunate that we found Dave Minton; he was personable and easy to deal with from the outset, did what he promised and achieved a high standard of meticulous workmanship throughout. Timekeeping was spot on, the workforce was polite, cheerful and efficient at all times. Project management was fine, it was clear what was going to be done on site each day. I'd highly recommend Alan and Kieron from ADK Building. They installed our bathroom to a very high standard from the plumbing through to tiling, installing underfloor heating and constructing custom made shelving to overcome a challenging job. Alan is very friendly, helpful and polite, he discussed the requirements in detail and any unforeseen problems were explained and dealt with. The work area was left clean and tidy each day.

Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

It was a pleasure to have him on site. Our repointing was a horrible job to do but he did it without complaint and we are delighted with the results. He was always cheerful and friendly even when working in the rain. He was as tidy as he could be with the type of work and cleaned up the site well before he left. Couldn't have asked for more.
