Hired to replace my bathroom floor tiles after another builder install them. He was attentive in his initial inspection and talked me through what was wrong and how he could fix it. His prices were very reasonable even though the scope of the job changed slightly once he started. He was extremely punctual and took care and precision in his work. He also knew plumbers and joiners which he brought in to assist saving me sourcing others. I am very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend him.

When Stephen came out he gave me expert advice and tips on what I should use in terms of adhesive, grout and trim. He was the only tradesman to measure the area I wanted tiled which was reassuring from the start and I made an instant decision to use him for my job. He turned up on time and did a brilliant job. I was assured that there had been weed control membrane put down under all of my non grass area. However, weeds are appearing in all areas now so it is clear that no membrane was put down. My hedge remains in a terrible state. I would definitely not recommend this firm. I have no idea how they ever appeared on Rated People and hopefully they will be removed before someone else falls foul of their terrible service.
