Derek and Jack were absolutely excellent, before starting the work Derek spent a great deal of time working through the design with me and ensured everything was prepared for the new bathroom. During the work Jack was excellent and his work is of superb standard. He arrived promptly every day and worked extremely hard. I have more to add to my review. Doug Rose went above and beyond to fix the unexpected problems that arose with our rather old plumbing. Intending to lay new bathroom flooring, instead found he had to identify and cure a severe plumbing blockage, we were very lucky he was at hand. Unexpectedly our up pipe was filled with what looked like black sand having accumulated for years, recent work caused it to drop down and block everything in the bathroom. Expertly resolved by Doug, recommend, excellent work
