The job was much less messy than we'd feared - James cleared up after himself and even brought his own kettle! Mark repaired our Artex ceiling. Even before painting and after drying, the repair is almost indistinguishable from the surrounding Artex (visitors have commented on this). He came and did what he said he would do and charged a very reasonable price. He was quick too, done in less than 3 hours. Would recommend him to others.

Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.
