He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. Steve and his labourer were absolutely brilliant. He contacted me half an hour after i put the job online, came round the next night and quoted me the very next day. He's very patient, i mithered him to death with questions via emails and texts and he got back to me with a straight answer within minutes every time. The workmanship was of a very high quality, but the thing that really stuck out was how reliable and trustworthy Jay was. Jasy is a very pleasant gentleman and I will certainly be using him for any future joinery jobs. Jay's values are something that will put him above the rest of any other joiners and will do him well for the future. We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.

I have not had a chance to inspect. I am a landlord and the work was carried out on a tenanted property. But there were no complaints from the tenants so that in itself is a good sign. Brian is a real Pro, a landlord himself, he understood what my needs were and gave good value for money. He also made arrangements direct with the tenant to gain access.
I'm an excelent tiler and plumber with lots of experience. I do bathroom renovations; tile lobby floors, kitchen floors, splashbacks, chemineys etc. I have all the necessary tools and I can travel as a van owner.
