Very pleasant and reliable. Came on time for quote, provided quote in timely manner, we arranged the date and John and his mate came and did a lovely job of our patio: breaking up old concrete, laying new, then laying tiles. The work was clean and tidy and the tiles look nice.

I chose to go with Kieran because although he did not have any ratings after meeting him I could tell that he would do I good job and is passionate about his work. He kept within the budget and time and the end result was fantastic. I will definately be recommending Kieran to my friends and family and hope to use him again should we need any plastering doing. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. Victor did a brilliant job on our living room and gave excellent advice on what was required to make the finish of the job as perfect as possible. Victor was happy to help in purchasing materials but he gave me a list of what he wanted and I was happy to get everything. Liam was a really nice guy he hung 5 doors and replaced all the skirting in 3 of our bedrooms. The work was carried out to a good standard. Liam was asked to have a look at our creaking stairs while he was there and was kind enough to fix this at the same time free of charge.
