They turned up when they said quoted really fairly, sent photographs of progress (We run the management company) and finished on time with minimal disruption and good communication. Don’t think the job was straightforward as ours is an older house with all the problems that can bring but this didn’t faze him. He completed the work inside six hours and cleaned up after.
