An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. Paul did a fantastic job of painting our front room. The room needed a considerable amount of "making good" before painting (sanding down the wood, filling the wood and plaster) and he spent his time making sure this was done well. The painting was then top quality, and it included delicately painting our ornate cornice. We have since asked Paul to do further decorating for us, including putting up a picture rail, skirting board, fixing wooden floor boards and more painting. He is excellent at his job, careful, professional and reliable. I have already recommended him to friends and would recommend him to anyone looking on this site. Jack came out to assess the problem and after some investigation pointed out I had mis diagnosed the issue and that it wasn't such a big job as i had thought. We agreed scope, price and time to perform the remedial work. His associate Richie performed the work professionally and quickly. I can't leave 5 out of 5 as Richie was 3 hours late and I had received no update to let me know. But other than that very happy with their service.
