I am very pleased with the service recieved from Alex. He quicky provided a competitive quote and arranged to get the work done on a Saturday morning. It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building. The repair looks great and he has painted the door frame for us. Alex even agreed to adjusting a door closer whilst there at no extra charge. I will use McLaurin Joinery again.

The KIT Team directed by joiner Gary Ogden were first rate and I would highly recommend them. Besides high quality work, they were on time, clean and very organized. Gary was also very helpful with any questions that came up during the project and because of a design change I was able to accommodate a trash bin drawer. He examined our faulty windows with care and with attention to detail and he also pointed out many other faults that we had not noticed. His report will form the basis of our claim against the window company that made a mess of fitting the new windows and I would highly recommend his services.

There had been a misunderstanding regarding some areas I'd asked to be painted so when I spoke with Marcin about it he was more than happy to sort it out. And it ain't because of the reasonable price he asked me for my fridge, but because of the commitment he put in its job.
