After his arrival, we openly discussed two possible types of fixings for the shelves, their exact position on the wall, and the price. Initially we did feel that Joe had done a good job of hanging some new doors for us, however, after a very short time (a couple of days) the bathroom door was making a terrible squeaking noise when opening or closing. We have tried to get in touch with him to come back and rectify the problem to no avail, he has not even bothered to answer our email. Very disappointed.

Avoid this company at all costs, Scott came round gave a quote then arranged a date to install 14 doors. Confirmed he’d got said doors and agreed an install date, I even confirmed the night before. Never turned up, ignored phone calls and texts - total waste of time. Looks like other people have also had similar problems on here looking at the other reviews.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

Asked for roofer...to clean gutters and sort leak out in roof..ended up with a young lad...who brought ladders that did not reach the roof..told me he would jet wash roof, come with his dad sort problem out...at the end mr Vespa plastering was not a roofer...didnt bring jet wash..told me he's not a roofer...didn't fully clean the guttering didn't put the clips on guttering and didnt see where the leak was coming from..our problem still unresolved ...then tells me he only deals in fascias and soffits

The push button on the toilet broke, as not able to flush toilet Aquarius came to replace. 29th June 2009 - Shower leaking, water coming through ceiling leaving a puddle on the floor downstairs, will the problems ever end!

I sent Steve £890 after he came to measure up so he could buy materials for my job. After 6 weeks of numerous delays and excuses he's now completely stopped texting back and won't answer my calls. I've no choice now but to go through the small claims court to try and get the money back. Really disappointing. Originally the man was our hero, baby fast approaching and no floor,He priced up the job and came two days later! Fantastic! But then what a turn it took, Lawrence had to come back a second time to do our beading and fit a customized threshold, the beading came away next day and he never did fit the threshold after promising six times he would come, but never did. Real shame as started off so well. He has now blocked us from calling and owes us £50 which i paid in advance, more fool me.
