PT is a hassle free, professional builder to work with who turns up when they say they will and gets on with the work. People are on site for the duration of the job , they do not disappear for days on end without you knowing what is going on. The job is well managed and PT keeps you informed of progress . Extras are made clear and indicative costs given before work starts instead of unexpected costs appearing on the bill PT is not the cheapest builder you will find but you get what you pay for and what you get is a great quality build with minimum stress and fuss and that is worth its weight in gold ! I'd defintely use him again and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for quality, professional job. He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. I am very satisfied with a quality of the work. The tradesperson explained me possible consequences of the job (since the wardrobe was attached to the ceiling, the floor and the walls I would need a decorator later on) before he started, was asking for my clarification on some details during the course of his work, Everything was done neatly, the tradesperson vacuumed the floor after he finished and removed the rubbish. I am definetely reecommending him.

Marbuild started off by fixing and replacing floorboards in our house but we were so impressed we called them back to take out or old and fit our new kitchen and convert our hallway to being longer. Our next door neighbours even ended up using them to do their hallway too. They are very reliable, punctual, friendly and got the job done as quickly as they can and go the extra mile by asking questions all the time to make sure what we were going to get is what we wanted. Would highly recommend them.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. Liam was a really nice guy he hung 5 doors and replaced all the skirting in 3 of our bedrooms. The work was carried out to a good standard. Liam was asked to have a look at our creaking stairs while he was there and was kind enough to fix this at the same time free of charge. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. He did an excellent job and the stone worktops look like new. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to others and be very happy to hire him again.
