I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. PT is a hassle free, professional builder to work with who turns up when they say they will and gets on with the work. People are on site for the duration of the job , they do not disappear for days on end without you knowing what is going on. The job is well managed and PT keeps you informed of progress . I do not usually review anything on the web, but I thought I would make an exception in this case as my partner and I were particularly impressed with GWP. I posted a job on to the Rated People website asking for a decorator to give our new duplex flat a much needed refresh. The job itself was quite technical and required working in some places at a 20ft height, difficult angles and renovation of a 9ft original sash window. GWP were able to provide a competitive quote and arrange for experienced decorator, Daniel, to come and complete the work according to our narrow time frame. It was important that the quality of the work was up to scratch as there are dozens of ceiling spotlights around the flat which would make any mistakes obvious. We are very impressed with the work, especially given the job's complexity. Our experience with GWP was a good one and we will certainly be using them for all our decorating in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. Overall, a excellent job carried out, on time, by a reliable professional who left the flat clean and clear when completed. Thanks.

I am very satisfied with a quality of the work. The tradesperson explained me possible consequences of the job (since the wardrobe was attached to the ceiling, the floor and the walls I would need a decorator later on) before he started, was asking for my clarification on some details during the course of his work, Everything was done neatly, the tradesperson vacuumed the floor after he finished and removed the rubbish. I am definetely reecommending him.

Marbuild started off by fixing and replacing floorboards in our house but we were so impressed we called them back to take out or old and fit our new kitchen and convert our hallway to being longer. Our next door neighbours even ended up using them to do their hallway too.
