The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed. Someone came straight away to give an estimate and then came the following day to do the job. Came on time and worked solidly until job was completed. My bathroom hasn't been as clean since the day it was fitted. They offered an extra to the job as booked which was something I was happy to pay a little extra for but there was no pressure. I told him what was required and to price them individually and get back to me, as he said he knew all his tradesmen could do it! So I message him a fortnight later with a quote for only the removal of hedges and installation of a fence and no reply! I am disabled man with bi lateral amputee in a wheelchair and I had to go out and show him this job! And to Not reply and send me a nasty message regarding the rating! I would never run a business like that without a reply . Even if the text saying No sorry!

The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

I had been generally happy with the paint work when it was finished but on closer inspection and having to spend 6+ hours cleaning up, I can categorically say I am not happy & keep finding more to be unhappy with. There is paint everywhere even inside one of the (brand new!) toilets and underneath the masking tape, where it was even used! There are drips of paint on the woodwork and all the window sills and doors need another coat. Holes in doorframes were also not filled before painting. Not happy at all

Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.
