The best part was for him to suggest some additional work which made a lot difference. I really appreciate him for that. He charged extra but it was worth it. Sean was excellent - highly recommend him. He was very polite and stuck to his quote despite the job being more than he had bargained for and taking him a long time to do... He was very conscientious and delivered great quality. Only slight fly in the ointment was difficult to contact at times which may be due to poor mobile reception where he lives (landline alternative might help). Would not hesitate to recommend and will be using again v soon!!

Very keen to impress however could not assist with plumbing side of things and had to get friend to assist which delayed tiling. Ensure you know exact tiles you purchase and get leftovers as overpriced and took away edging tiles, if i hadnt challenged. Floor tiles uneven and grout continually comes out. Wall tiles good. Nice tradesman but because of some hiccups would not recommend to a friend. Cannot fault his hard work and enthusiams to please though.

The team of 4 worked at an exceptional pace to complete the work which all other quotes suggested 4 weeks in a record 2 weeks. The finish on their work is superb and Rick has an amazing can do attitude. They use very high quality materials and paints which is reflected in the finish. Decorator subsequently had difficulty removing the silicone sealant fixing new sink to old tiles. Would have been good for the two tradespeople to have spoken. I did provide telephone numbers but no direct instruction to liaise. I was supervising this job remotely as it was in a private room of a care home.
