An excellent tiler. They came early and worked hard throughout the day. Fixed everything and left the bathroom looking clean and tidy. They fitted the bathroom floor with ceramic tiles and finished the work to a high standard.They also took care of the wash basin, in terms of screwing it on the wall and using sealants to cover any gap to prevent water seepage. As for the bath tab, old sealants were successfully removed and cleaned before applying new ones. The work was completed on time. Regards Sofi

1. Paid extra £100 to fit cupboards, drilled right through the wall and tried to hide the hole with one of the pictures 2. didn't fit the bath panel 3. the toilet was not fixed to the floor (originally fixed) 4. the taps on the sink are loose & scratched enamel off sink. 5. Didn't cap radiator, water went through to utility room. Additional costs of painting & new light fitting. Additional cost for a professional plumber supposed to be in quote. Tiling good took longer than your initial quote of 4 days.

The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

Hamed from 1 of - bathrooms fitted a new bathroom for me. All went well and I was happy with the results. However, the extractor fan was not fitted correctly and he has yet to fix it, and about 3 weeks after he completed the work a leak started every time the shower is used and he is ignoring all my calls. I am having to get another electrician to fit the correct extractor and a plumber to sort the leak out.

Perfect - is all I can say. Gave me a quote as part of an insurance claim. They are really diligent; hard working and actually did more than I expected them to do. They quoted 5 to 7 days to do the work but it suited us all for them to spend a couple of hours longer than normal to get the work done in 5 days rather than come back after the weekend. Pathetic behaviour of the owner, I requested services for which i was asked to pay half of the money upfront, the guys turned up did not completed the requested job by saying its too late now we have to drive two hours to go back home? Never turned up to do rest of the work! Instead damaged my property never apologised for that neither returned to even check it. Avoid and dont pay in advance

This tiler completed most of the work but failed to turn up to finish the bathroom despite being paid, obviously in retrospect I should not have paid until completion. He does not answer phone or text messages. His colleague did laminate flooring and after they had gone my builder pointed out a lot of bad workmanship.
