This building firm have been fantastic from the day they gave the quote to doing the work to an excellent standard. Iva kept me updated throughout the work being completed. I didn't have to buy anything. I just went and took pictures of all the items i wanted from B&Q and they went and collected the items and paid for everything at that time. They provided all receipts and told me of any additional costs of stuff that was needed to complete the work. Iva's dad and another worker arrived on time everyday. 5

Please don’t be put off by the lack of endorsements for this Gentleman as it is his first job through Rated People. Kzolt arrived on time and even gave us a courtesy call to let us know he was on his way. He wasted no time getting on with the work and did so in an effortless manner. I now have a landing full of new matching doors which close properly and fit correctly. The exceptionally large Ikea bookcase ( app 10foot x 7foot) now stands proud and secure to my dinning room wall, a daunting task had I undertaken it myself but did not pose any problems for Ksolt. He also left each work space clean and tidy. Zsolt's quote was value for money ,he is also a very nice Gentleman and I would highly recommend him for any work you wish to have done. All the guys at Aarbon Construction were excellent, especially Elian the project manager. We bought our Kitchen from Howdens but this was a huge mistake and made the job much harder for Elian and his team. But they made it work and didn't complain at all. I would highly recommend them.

Very keen to impress however could not assist with plumbing side of things and had to get friend to assist which delayed tiling. Ensure you know exact tiles you purchase and get leftovers as overpriced and took away edging tiles, if i hadnt challenged. Floor tiles uneven and grout continually comes out. Wall tiles good. Nice tradesman but because of some hiccups would not recommend to a friend. Cannot fault his hard work and enthusiams to please though.

griffin builders were flexible as the job went along. We made changes as we went along and he was absolutely fine with that. I have always seen him calm and willing to give advise and go out of his way to get us samples, etc. Never was he ever flustered and always in a good mood. He was always calm and approachable . Complete bathroom / shower room / cloack room refurb. Job wasn't done by Voytek himself and so we had issues, HOWEVER Voytek provided a first class after care and resolved ALL our issues to high standard at no additional cost!. Very reliable and honest, which is very hard to say about any tradesman after a job is completed. I would recommend Voytek no problem.

Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.
