We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. We have a small bathroom and could only do a like-for-like replacement, so wanted something basic. The work was professionally done, we were consulted when Phil ran into problems that needed our decision and we were happy to leave him to get on with things alone. We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote.
