This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. For those that require it we are registered with Advantage Structural Warranty allowing us the ability to offer a 10year structural warranty for new builds. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. We were most fortunate that we found Dave Minton; he was personable and easy to deal with from the outset, did what he promised and achieved a high standard of meticulous workmanship throughout. Timekeeping was spot on, the workforce was polite, cheerful and efficient at all times. Project management was fine, it was clear what was going to be done on site each day. I have been a self employed plasterer for over 30 years. I did a 4 1/2 year apprenticeship when I left school to achieve my city & guilds in plastering . The last 7 years I have mainly worked for 1 company but now starting to do all my own work. Let's get plastered was closed down by myself over 3 years ago and is now known as keap plastering . 'Gez' was a complete star! He listened to what I wanted and accommodated almost to the letter (compromise was made on only a few minor things because of what was/was not physically possible) His work is of a really high standard, and I can see he really takes pride in wanting to do a good job and producing a clean and beautiful job. He is extremely trustworthy, very polite and curtious (he's also a good laugh!)He always lets you know what he is going to be doing the following day so you are not left wondering where you are in the job. It's very refreshing to find a true Tradesman. He came and offered advice along with his quote. Once accepted, within days he was on site preparing to rebuild my boundary wall. 2 days later it's finished and what a fantastic job too. Steve, is a great guy to deal with. Prompt with his quote (which was very competitive), came when arranged (even when we had to re-arrange at short notice), pleasant, good quality of work with virtually no mess (plastering is never 100% mess free!). Very diligent in the way he works, hardly new he was in the house. Have used him again for further work since the initial job and have no hesitation in using him again or recommending to others. Mark and his dad came and replastered our kitchen and bathroom. They had to knock a wall down in our bathroom and also put a stud wall up with area for a window, they made a lovely job. The kitchen also had a few areas which were abit more of a challenge but theyve made a great job of that also. Very nice friendly guys. Would deffinately recommend and theyre prices were very reasonable!
