Had a quote for roof repair which included for 1 missing tile, re fitting existing tiles, repairing flashing and gutter cleaning did not accept quote. On advice from another roofer just had the one missing tile replaced since there was no evidence of any leaks inside the loft or 2nd floor ceilings.

I also asked about fitting IKEA cabinets into alcoves to look built-in—he gave me a price that evening and came back two days later to fit them. He did a great job. Really pleased with the finish. Juan was very professional in his approach. He arrived on time and kept us fully updated on the progress of the job. The workmanship was completed to a extremely high standard. The artex walls were very thick and patterned. Other plastering quotes were only prepared to skim the walls, whereas Juan removed all the artex and patched up all walls, before applying the fresh plaster. Juan also removed an archway, fitted light fixtures and boxed in exposed pipes - 'a master of all trades'. An excellent job - thank you Juan. Claire Pivac, Essex.

Happy with plastering and temp wall installation, but skirting board could have been better. Ceiling plaster developed cracking, which we were promised would be made good, but unfortunately due to poor communication and lack of consideration to the customer we gave up trying to get done by the tradesman and sorted ourselves. I originally wanted the front of a terraced house rendered to which bobby came round and we had a chat. In the end I asked him to look at another one of my houses which we have since gone ahead with and had rendered. Cannot recommend highly enough. The work was finished to a really high standard. They were really adaptable when the tiles we had ordered failed to arrive on time. They adjusted their plans and worked really hard to get the work done on time, without compromising on the quality of the finish. We had a visit from James to quote on our plastering requirements and instantly felt relaxed with him. The walls were incredibly uneven and heavily textured artex ceiling but we were reassured that although it was a challenge James talked through with us what he would do to prepare the surfaces and make good for a good plastered finish.
