He he was flexible with when he could come over to give me a quote, quickly followed up with the quote and was then happy for me to source a few of the parts needed for the job. He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

The lights went out in the kitchen. I contacted Micheal who arrived on time as arranged, he located the first issue and repaired and then saw an extension lead that was getting wet, he fitted a socket on the wall. He ensured that the fuse box was working at full capacity. I found Micheal to be very professional and friendly, good communication on work carried out, explained in layman terms. Good initial advice offered and job completed as per quote. 1 star down as did not turn up on original date arranged and took a while to get correct facia fitted to finalise the job. However, on 2nd arranged date, all main work was completed first thing and all is in good working order, so on balance we would definitely recommend.
