I trusted that he would source good quality materials and do a great job and he did not disappoint. His electrician really went the extra mile to get the job done on a tight timescale. The plumber called within 30 minutes of me posting the job despite snow being on the road. The quote was fair and work was started the next day at 8.00am.The job was more complicated than I had thought at first and the radiator was not a straightforward swap. The system had to be drained down and the pipework modified. Furthermore, the bathroom taps did not have isolating valves on them as I had been told by the person who had put the bath in. The quote remained the same despite lots of extra work. A1 work!

I was told a "team" would work on the job but instead he sent an old man who speaks no English making communication hard.The job was slow making it hard for us to use the facilities in the house. He suddenly cancelled an appointment after we had taken the day off at work! He did not protect the paint from dripping on the carpet. When I asked to make a few changes I was told to pay a ridiculous amount more! At the end he left in the middle of the job leaving me with stained carpets, & mess everywhere.

We never actually managed to do the main job as it was too difficult for me to find the appropriate light fittings (double insulated lights for a kitchen at the right price) however Jakub was more than helpful and patient with me and sent me lots of suggestions in his own time.
