However, failure to respond to repeated requests for certification of the work done and subsequently being advised that my consumer unit had been left in a dangerous state means that this has to be revised. II made a significant mistake going with ION. To the extent I have had to get another security installer in to remove his poor work and reinstall a new systsem The customer service is poor, with ION not responding to any form of communication! The original scope of the work was never completed and was left in poor state I would avoid using him at all costs! Else you will end up having to pay double for someone to do the job properly!

This man turned up very late on the first day - held up by buying parts he needed for a job. He then didn't finish the job and gave a confused explanation about what parts he needed to buy and why - this was a simple light fitting change. He turned up with out a step stool/ladder. He then offered to come and finish the next day, gently proposing he was going to loose money on the job. I went round to meet him at the tenanted property and took my own tools. He ran late - buying stuff for another job.

Very dissapointed with the standard of work carried out in my bathroom, several holes were left in the ceiling and the overall job was of a poor standard which had to be finished by a 'QUALIFIED' electrician.
