Florin did a good job for my elderly mother in June. However, the pump that he installed stopped working 2 months ago and despite numerous calls, texts and emails, he has failed to respond. The pump is guaranteed and he has the paperwork so we are stuck. Very poor after care which has totally changed my initial view.

The shelving looks excellent and is exactly what I wanted. The ceiling was done really professionally and looks even better than I was expecting. He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

I was extremely happy with this service, particularly Tania. My huband and I needed and end of tenancy clean as we were moving to LA. She came around to the house to evaluate the very large cleaning job (6+ hours) and give us an estimate. She was able to schedule 2 cleaning women to come starting at 8am to blitz the house. They worked non-stop and I was extremely happy. I would absolutely recommend these people. If we hadn't moved to LA- I would be hiring them full time to clean as much as possible!
