On on build are a general building company based in the Nottingham and surrounding areas. We provide various services including underfloor heating and floor sreeeding, bricklaying, driveways, turfing,fencing, patios, roofing and driveway cleaning and resealing. PL insured and cscs cpcs certified. Over the last 3 years i have been working on train sidings refurbishment in manchester and new build house and been on checkatrade, but back on rated people again now.

Bryn is a great bloke, contacted me within 10minutes of posting the job and arranged to come and give a quote on Monday (posted job Saturday). Before he arrived he gave a call to say he was on his way which was great and gave me time to get back. Took a look at the job and was able to tell me exactly what was needed and what wasn't. Gave a quote on the spot and was even able to do the job the same day. Bryn juggled another job because of the urgency but didn't penalise us for it. Mark was punctual, professional and he was always on site when required. Mark's work was excellent, with many of the other trades on my team commenting so on numerous occasions. Mark worked well in an established team, adhered to all health and safety requirements without question and he did promptly supply method statements and insurance certificates on demand. Needless to say I now consider him a value member of the team for further projects. In my experience tradesman like Mark are few and far between.

Not worth 5 star rating, in my opinion. Cancelled appointment 30 minutes before due time. Came out twice, first time to take a look, second time to bring sample. Said he would get back to with price with expected start next week. Heard nothing, he finally answered one of my texts saying didn't reply as materials had gone up and the job would cost another £1000. Did not even have the courtesy of letting me decide if it was too much to pay or to choose something less expensive. Very disappointed.
