Kevin can be quite forthright and when work is in progress is very untidy. He has some superb ideas and leaves a quality job behind. After a few weeks after completion it is apparent what a super effort has been made and he makes a through job of cleaning up and leaving the site spotless. In all the best builder we have had in 25 years. Just close your eyes while the work is in progress! It comes good at the end.

Tony worked solidly, cleanly and with clarity at every stage explaining what he was doing and why it needed to be done. He was above my budget amount, but he explained on his assessment visit that I was not realistic in my price estimate. Very bad workmanship. Huge hole just left in wall where pipe went through. Had to have someone in to replaster and make good. Boiler now condemned for a second time in two years. Flue has gaping holes around it and the gas flow sample test point was left with no cap and then the replacement doesn't fit either. AA homeserve say it's the worst installation they have ever seen.

He knows his stuff and did a fantastic job on a very tricky joint on fragile worktop where he was required to join two different depth pieces at an angle greater than 90 degrees. Lovely lads, very cheerful and hardworking. My garden was a jungle - totally overgrown with weeds and lots of rubbish. They did mowing, massive weeding, cut down dead shrubs, jet-washed the patio and came back for a second day to finish up and took away tons of rubbish that the council wouldn't even take (old petrol lawnmower)! Highly recommended.

I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Colin can turn his hand to anything. A brilliant worker and has a very high attention to detail. The coving in the house dates back to the 1930s and not available to purchase any more.
