I needed my shower fixed so contacted rated people within a few minutes of doing this I got a call from Steven.he then arranged to call out to check it out for me. Within the hour. After a lack of response from local tradesmen, thankfully Alan Yates was in touch soon after posting the request. He knew over the phone what the most likely faults and remedies would be and arranged to be with us first thing the next morning. Unfortunately it was more complicated than first thought and a new shower was required. Alan returned later that day to fit it and it is working well. Asked for new aerial and new cable.problems after one week and now after three the same problem I had to start with is back. After further inspection the new aerial was fitted to old cable so job wasn't done properly after several attempts to contact thomas he said he would call back and didn't and now rejecting calls and txts.extremely dissapointed.
