I always have some trepidation when contacting somebody to look at a faulty boiler, especially while being new to the area. What a relief to find an honest capable tradesman. Good competitive quote. Excellent team of workers. Our original plan was changed by a suggested improvement by Chris (who deserves extra praise) which turned out to be brilliant. Slight increase in the price due to the extra work but well worth it. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to employ again if the quote was competitive. What stood out was that Mike & Chris arrived on time, the one time it wasn't possible I was informed straight away. Unusual in my experience with others. The work was carried out exactly as I wanted, I was consulted several times to make sure we were on the same page and great lengths were taken to make the work neat and tidy, as if it was their own property. Mike & Chris were both very nice and easy to get on with and Mike even checked I was happy with the work a few weeks later. I am happy to recommend.
