Barnaby and his sidekick were an absolute joy to have in the house. We laughed all day whilst Barnaby delivered a first class service going to great pains to make sure everything was just where we wanted and were happy before he proceeded. Unexpected cost for cutting tiles, an extra £5 per meter, apparently due to the type of tile. Paid extra to have levelling compound put down, unfortunately didn’t get the desired finish, quite a few tiles not level. Very nice chap,

Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. Anthony explained what he intended to do and demonstrated alternative LED lights to us very professionally. He checked everything for safety and replaced parts as needed. Anthony made a verbal quote based on costs of parts and three hours labour and still charged for 3 hours labour although he spent just over an hour on the job. He stated that the extra cost was due to time spent collecting the parts.

Mark is a nice guy but out of his depth when installed an EV charger. He installed a charger I supplied wrong causing it to set fire. He was given multiple goes at fixing it first and then replacing it but also replaced it incorrectly causing that one to blow. I’m now >£1300 out of pocket and rising due to having to use public chargers and loss off smart off peak electricity rates. I have no choice but to take him to court now.

We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could.
