I needed my shower fixed so contacted rated people within a few minutes of doing this I got a call from Steven.he then arranged to call out to check it out for me. Within the hour. I was sure I needed a new shower but he checked it and I only needed a pull cord and a new fuse. After a lack of response from local tradesmen, thankfully Alan Yates was in touch soon after posting the request. He knew over the phone what the most likely faults and remedies would be and arranged to be with us first thing the next morning. Unfortunately it was more complicated than first thought and a new shower was required. Alan returned later that day to fit it and it is working well. Would happily recommend Alan to anyone in a similar situation.

The job was a simple swap from a plug and socket arrangement to a fused switch to serve a boiler. Albeit, the work was carried out at short notice and to a good standard. Communication was excellent and arrived on time. I was expecting the plug and socket to be removed as part of the work, but this does not detract from an otherwise very good service. Would use again and recommend.
