Arron attended this job. He under estimated the size of the task and quoted to little to get it completed. To be fair he was making do another electrician’s work. He left the job before full completion and was unable to finish it after damaging his hand on another job. Some of work was completed hastily and not to a good standard. Overall though he worked hard to do the task in between other jobs. He was prompt and turned up when he said he would.
We are a family run business with over 30 years experience in building and damp proof and remedial works.

First time I have used rated people website and had just 1 reply. Apple Carpentry though have been great. We needed to have 2 large windows in a 1930s house replaced but didn't want to have UPVC. Communication from the Company was excellent and the finished product is outstanding. We would definitely recommend them to anybody wishing to have a high quality joinery project completed. Our windows look amazing and are exact copy of the old frames and they also managed to use the original lead glass.

He explained everything clearly when he came to assess the work that needed doing and answered my many questions in detail and nothing was too much bother for him to go through. The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed).
