Mr Harris was punctual, helpful and I felt very fair with his prices. The two pieces of work on a window and a roof were less than other national firms and competitive with local builders. He kept in contact with me by text and e mail and only wanted paying after he had completed the job. He also guaranteed the roof repairs and so far so good I have not had to ask him to return. We had this work undertaken 6 months ago. We have since had work undertaken by 2 other electricians in the house. Both electricians said the work undertaken by Mirek was both illegal and dangerous. We said we did not require a part P certificate to be issued as we didn't intend to move but expected the work to at least be of that quality. Work has had to be completely re-done. Very disappointed.
Watts electrical have been involved in every type of electrical works for the past 30 years, also security alarms / cctv / access control / and home automation. We are also NICEIC Approved contractor and have two million pounds insurance policy .

James doesn't do any of this. At all. He's a builder for the 21st century. He sends pics and updates via social media and sorts out problems when he's not around.
