Job posted, within 1 day survey done, communicated via email and phone with the additional jobs and also what materials were need. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. The work was professionally done, we were consulted when Phil ran into problems that needed our decision and we were happy to leave him to get on with things alone. Phil had a great work ethic, kept the hallway carpet protected through the job and tidied up after himself really well at the end. He was also happy to throw in little extras without changing the quote. Overall we were really happy with the work.

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

Adam was very polite and was carefull not to disrupt the house when he was working. The standard of his work is very high and he told me he treats every job as if he was doing it in his own home. I only put reliability at 4 stars because the job did take longer as he had to go back to the factory to get the doors trimmed because they were a fraction to big. He did this willingly even though he had to travel to Oxford. I would recomend him to anyone and I will deffinately use him again.
