After a lack of response from local tradesmen, thankfully Alan Yates was in touch soon after posting the request. He knew over the phone what the most likely faults and remedies would be and arranged to be with us first thing the next morning. Unfortunately it was more complicated than first thought and a new shower was required. Alan returned later that day to fit it and it is working well. Asked for new aerial and new cable.problems after one week and now after three the same problem I had to start with is back. After further inspection the new aerial was fitted to old cable so job wasn't done properly after several attempts to contact thomas he said he would call back and didn't and now rejecting calls and txts.extremely dissapointed.

John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service

We had great experience with Tony for another job so gave him a new job of installing 2 new taps and a new en-suite. He was very responsive until we paid the deposit and turned up to do the job 5 weeks after the initial scheduled date. We found tap leaks right after the job. He turned up twice to fix but unable to do so. We reached out again but he didn’t respond. Our opinion is that either the materials he ordered are of poor quality or he’s just can’t fix a tap leak.

I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading

Had Eduardo put washing poles into garden and he did not allow concrete to set properly so poles were leaning inwards and wash line therefore sagging therefore unable to hang any washing up. Asked Eduardo to come back and fix issue and he wanted to charge me for the whole job again! After frequent discussions some of which were him being very curt in his response, he still hasn’t,so I am left with an unusable washing line. Poor professionalism and attitude.
