Unfortunately I disagree. I posted this as one job and can prove this so will be taking this further. I also paid most of the money. Scott only called back after the tenant was fed up of the job being left unfinished for many many months. He also left a ceiling light hanging which was a health and safety concern and refuses to provide his insurance details.

Paul is a very polite, professional trademans focused on delivering quality work that meets the customer's satisfaction. He offered advice that helped inform the design of the bathroom and completed the works within budget. Paul was very responsive to requests and was able to adapt his work when other suppliers let me down. Having not used 'Rated People' or Paul before, I was a little cautious however, I would definately recommend and use both services in the future.

We had bob and his team, jack and ryan in to do a dining room extention on the back of the house, also decking and a pagoda built. We are so pleased, they did an amazing job. Top quality. They were there every morning when they said they would turn up, everything was explained as it went along. Cleaned up every night.we cant recommend B&M Plastics enough. They were brilliant. Family stuff got in the way, so I didn’t go ahead with the job described but Damien did a different job where he built a false wall in my garage to create a warmer part of the garage for my cats, plus it has helped keep my house warmer. Damien turned up on time, did the job we discussed. There was one issue where I wanted more shelves put up on the wall, this was no problem for Damien, he went out to get the extra brackets needed and got the job done. Thank you :)

I arranged a time and date with Andy. A couple of days later he contacted me and asked to change the time and date. We agreed a new time and date at his request but he didn't turn up till 24 hours after the new time, and called me "rude" when I told him I wasn't interested if he can't keep his own appointments. The job didn't get done.

he never came to my house to check if my measurements were correct, he then called back to ask if i had any other quotes i advised i hadnt, he said because if i had, received a quote for say 400, he wouldnt bother wasting his time putting it on paper and coming round to pop it into my door, now i might not of necessarily of gone for the cheapest quote, so as he couldnt be bothered, i found a tiler who laid it for me.
