Richard fitted a new unvented hot water tank for us in our loft. He was very professional with the quotation and booking the install, and the tank and pipework undertaken looks really well thought out, well fitted and organised. The work was completed in the 3 day schedule anticipated except for one minor glitch with the smart controller which was sorted first thing the next morning. Richard was a nice, trustworthy person to have working in our home and we are happy to recommend him.

The quality of his workmanship was high, his tiling in particular is quick and very well finished. Bill’s a really nice, genuine guy. He gave us prices for concrete replacement and new slate replacement. But also offered the option of recycling the original slate, an idea we really liked. Much more environmentally friendly. He did a great job. So good that my next door neighbour has had hers done too. And now the next neighbour along is having hers done as well. Bill is really respectful of your property, cleans up really well. And very considerate of your neighbours.
